Data kept only as long as needed

Demo recordings are deleted within 30 days. Client call data is governed by your service agreement and the setup you approve.

Consent-first website

Advertising cookies stay off unless visitors allow them. Cookie preferences can be reopened from the footer at any time.

Ronald Navarrete is the designated Privacy Officer. Privacy requests go to privacy@shopreceptionist.com, with a 30-day response target, breach response procedures, and vendor agreements with Twilio and ElevenLabs.
